Reporting
The reporting guidelines for permits and rights;
Daily Reports (All Rights)
Report to be submitted to the Agency daily when there is an active operation, details the progress of daily activities
Weekly Report (All Rights)
Report to be submitted to the Agency weekly when there is an active operation, summation of the week’s activities
Monthly Report (Exploration and Production rights)
Report to be submitted to the Agency 7 days after month end, this report normally details all operations undertaken month ended and expenditure incurred.
Quarterly Report (All Rights)
Report to be submitted to the Agency 21 days after end of quarter and must include the following:
- Number of local and expatriate personnel
- work done and money expanded
- the site and depth of every well drilled or being drilled
- the formations penetrated and particulars regarding any occurrence of petroleum and or any mineral of potential value encountered
- a statement reflecting rehabilitation work completed and rehabilitation work uncompleted
Annual Reports (Exploration and Production rights)
Report to be submitted to the Agency 60 days after the calendar year end and must include the following:
- Full report of the exploration operations carried out during the year past
- Detailed statement of the exploration and production expenditure incurred during the year
- Description of the operations planned for the following year
- Budget for exploration and production operations planned for the following year
- Statement reflecting rehabilitation work completed and rehabilitation work uncompleted
